Any outstanding verified balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures following satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jjj1 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.

jjj1's total aggregate liability to any individual user in connection with any claim relating to these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.
All content on the jjj1 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, trademarks and audio-visual materials, is the property of jjj1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any jjj1 content without prior written consent from jjj1.
